| A perusal of the order shows that the appellant was on bail from 18.01.2006 to 21.06.2006 for about 5 months. Thereafter, he was in custody since 12.11.2007 till the |
| conviction dated 27.11.2007. Thereafter it appears that the appeal was preferred before this Court wherein I.A.No.2 of 2008 was filed for suspension of sentence and grant of bail which was dismissed as withdrawn on 02.12.2008. |
