(2) Be that as it may, the respondent No. 4 is directed to take decision on the petitioner's representation expeditiously preferably within a period of two months. Counsel for the petitioner is at liberty to made additional representation, if any.
(3) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stand finally disposed of.
