2. At the very outset, it is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the instant Cr.M.P. may be disposed of by directing the trial Court i.e. S.D.M., Revenue, Saja, District Bemetara(CG) to dispose of the matter
as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the next date of hearing.

3 . The prayer is not opposed by learned counsel for the respondents.
4 . On due consideration, the instant Cr.M.P. is disposed of without any appreciation on its merits. The trial Court i.e. S.D.M, Saja is directed to dispose of the Cr. Case No. 7/2015 pending under Section 145 Cr.P.C. (Bhanginbai & Ors. Vs. Bhondu @ Barathi & Ors.) on its merits as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the next date of hearing.
