Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the petitioner has already been appointed on the post of Naib Tehsildar on 24.06.2015, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous. He would submit that IA No.02 has been filed for withdrawal of the writ petition.
On due consideration, IA No.02 is allowed and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
