Petitioner has preferred this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation submitted by her claiming seniority.

Gonsidering the fact that the petitioner appears to have made several representations to the Govt. which have not yet been considered, the writ petition is disposed ofwith a direction that in the event petitioner prefers fresh representation before the competent authority within a period of 15 days from today raising all the grievances, the concerned competent authority shall consider and decide the representation as early as possible and preferably within a period of three months from the date of submission of representation.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the respondent-authorities shall decide the representatlon, on its own merits, strictly in accordance with law, without treating any observation made in this order, as opinion on the merits of the case. -—
