Under the Ordinance of erstwhile RGPVB the coWSffW^^ petitioners were admitted was ^fcq^? vPT^ of 8 semester, each having duration of 14 weeks and the maximum duration of the course was 8 years. The petitioners failed to clear one or the other subject in their first semester examination and failed to clear the same till the year 2010, despite repeated attempts. Since under Ordinance No.4 of RGPV they were not allowed to appear in the supplementary examination, they submitted representation before the respondent No.2-University and the said respondent, by its resotution dated 14/15.02.2010 decided not to grant additional opportunity to the petitioners for appearing the supplementary examination.
