1; Learned^‘counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner^has been suspended from the post of Superintendent, Kasturiba Gandhi Residential School, Chatarkhar, Distt. Mungeli on 19.03.2013 because the petitioner could not hand over charge to the incumbent who was posted in her place when the petitioner^was undergoing maternity leave.

Learned counsel for the petitioner^would submit that even after lapse of more than 6 months time, the petitioner has not been reinstated. 3. Considering the fact that there is no allegation of committing any financial irregularities or insubordination or any other^kind of grave^{irregularity,thiswrit} petition^{isdisposedoffwithadirection} that in the event the petitioner submits representation before the competent authority for revocation of suspension as well as for grant of subsistence allowance, the said authority shall consider and decide her representation on its own merits as^earlyas possible and preferably Within a period of 8 weeks from the date of submission of representation along-with certified copy of this order.
