reported In (2009) S Supreme Court Cases 121 has prescribed multiplier of 7 for the age group between 61 -65 years. in this view ofthe matter, the Tribunal ought to have selected the multipiier of 7 in piace of 5. ~

Considering a!l the relevant aspects of the matter including the above mentioned broad features of the case, we are of the opinion that further award of Rs.35,000/- inclusive of interest component on the enhanced amount of compensation would make the compensation of Rs.92,000/- awarded by the Tribunal as just and proper compensation in the facts and circumstances of the

The appeal filed by the appellants/claimants for enhancement of the eompensation, therefore, is allowed in parl. The claimants are awarded further sum of Rs.35,000/- inclusiye of interest component on the enhanced amount ofcompensation in addition to the sum of Rs.92,000/- awarded by the. Tribunal.

Respondent No.3 the Oriental Insurance Company Limited is granted three months' time for depositing the total sum of Rs.35,000/- before the concerning Claims Tribunal.
