Challenge in the present writ petition is to the order dated 7.11.2008 passed by learned Industrial Court" bench oit Bilaspur in Civil Appeal No. 19/CeiRA/III/08 whereby learned Industrial Court has atlowed the applieation os filed by respondent No. l under Section 96-A x^ ^^ Twdus^no^ Relotions Aet directing the transfer of the cose bearing No.84/C@IRAA)5 pending before the leamed Ubour €ourt, Korba to Labour Court, Bilospur. This petition wos filecl on 27.11.2008, however, no stay was gronted in favour of the petitioner and during the pendency of the writ petition, the learned Labour Courthas finally decided the case on 30.7.2009.
