Leamed counsel appearing for fhe petitioner submits that the fafher of fhe petitioner, naniely, Chhaiuiulal Tiwari, whfle workiag as Assistant Grade-II ia MayaraDi Surjan Girls Higher Secondary School, Choubey Colony, Raipur, died in hamess on 14.2.2005, The petitioner, beiag one of fhe daughters of the deceased, filed aii application (Annexure P/l) beforc tiie respondents/authorities for graat of coxnpassionate appomtment The petitioner has made an appUcation (Aiinexure P/1) for grant of appouitment on coiapassionate basis, but no order has been passed till date.
