Heard. The only point urged by the learned counsel forthe appellants is that the multiplier applied by the learned M.A.C.T. was yvrong. However, a perusal of para 13 ofthe impugnedaward shows that the deceased was aged 73 or in any case was more tlian 65 years of

age, atthetime ofaccident.

In this viewofthe matter.the multiplier 5 was rightlyapplied by the learned M.A.C.T. No ppier point was ui^ed by the learned counsel for the appellants. This ap^eal is dismissed being devoid of merit.
