Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 1 year 10 months and there has been alleged recovery of 2966 ampoules of Buprenorphine injections.

At this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Learned trial court is directed that if after the evidence of the independent seizure list witnesses are completed, which should be completed within a period of three months there is change in the prosecution case, learned trial court would on an application filed by the petitioner release the petitioner on bail.
