Calcutta High Court (Rajasekhar Mantha, J.), 07.03.2025 — Eight contempt applications (CPAN 186, 187, 195, 202, 205, 212, 251 and 347 of 2025) arising out of W.P.A. Nos. 12411, 11633, 12970 and 11903 of 2024, W.P.A. No. 5161 of 2021, W.P.A. No. 12127 of 2024 (two matters) and W.P.A. No. 10834 of 2015, concerning appointment of candidates under the District Primary School Council, Malda. Counsel for the DPSC and the State submitted that all 312 writ petitioners had been issued letters of appointment and the majority had joined.
