By reason of a typographical error in cause title of the judgment dated 11th December, 2024 the name of the learned advocate appearing for the Union of India/respondents has been incorporated as “Mr. Sukumar Bhattacharya” in place and stead of “Mr. Debapriya Gupta” .
Office is directed to effect necessary correction in the said judgment dated 11th December, 2024.
Other portions of the judgment dated 11th December, 2024 shall remain unaltered.
