Counsel for the plaintiff submits that as this Court has passed the decree and nothing remains in the instant suit.
Counsel for the plaintiff submits that in terms of the decree passed by this Court probate has also been granted.
In view of the submission made by the Counsel for the plaintiff and in terms of judgement dated 19th November, 2019 TS No. 21 of 2012 in PLA No. 3 of 2012 be treated as disposed of.
