The Report submitted by the Nandigram Police Station, Purba Medinipur through the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Haldia, District Purba Medinipur dated 26.06.2023 stating that the petitioner i.e. Swapan Kumar Jana has expired on 29.01.2017 supported by a photocopy of the death certificate. The said report be kept on record.
Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and disposed of accordingly.
Copy of the order be sent to the trial court for necessary information.
