Seizure with regard to the remnant of improvised explosive device was found at the place of occurrence. The petitioners were the persons who were seen at the place of occurrence prior to the incident occurring.
Two children suffered injuries.
Enlarging the petitioners on anticipatory bail at this stage may be inimical to the investigations.
Consequently, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected . CRM (A) 540 of 2023 is dismissed .
