The report filed by the Officer-in-Charge, Neturia PS, District Purulia dated 21.06.2023 stating that the appellant Sraban Kumar Shaw has died on 7.2.2012. The said report is supported by a copy of the UD Case No. 04/12 dated 7.2.2012 be kept with the record.
Under such circumstances, the appeal gets abated against the appellant Sraban Kumar Shaw and accordingly disposed of.
