- Mr. Sanyal, learned advocate for the opposite party submits before this Court that in spite of best effort, he could not serve notice upon the learned advocate for the petitioner since he has refused to accept such notice and finding no other alternative, he informed learned advocate for the petitioner with regard to the listing of this case today through Mail as well as through WhatsApp. The unreceived letter dated 27.07.2023 as written by Mr. Sanyal, learned advocate for the opposite party, the printout of the Mail dated July 28, 2023 and the printout of the WhatsApp as filed on behalf of the opposite party be taken on record. Since, none appears on behalf of the petitioner in spite of notice, the instant revisional application being CO 562 of 2015 is dismissed for default.
