In the cause title of the said orders, “Sri Rathindra Nath Chatterjee & Anr. vs. M/s. Module Properties Pvt. Ltd. & Anr.” shall be deleted and in its place “ Sri Rathindra Kumar Chatterjee & Anr. vs. M/s. Module Properties Pvt. Ltd. & Anr. ” shall be inserted.
Let the same be treated as part of the order dated January 18, 2023. Rest of the order dated January 18, 2023 remains unaltered.
