Due to inadvertence, a mistake occurred in the orders dated January 18, 2023 and September 5, 2022.
In the cause title of the said orders, “Subha Kapri (Maity) vs. Abhardip Kapri” shall be deleted and in its place “ Smt. Subhra Kapri (Maity) vs. Sri Abhradip Kapri ” shall be inserted.
Let the same be treated as part of the orders dated January 18, 2023 and September 5, 2022. Rest of the orders dated January 18, 2023 and September 5, 2022 remain unaltered.
