The limited prayer of the petitioner is for a direction on the Directorate of Medical Education, Sasthya Bhawan to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 29.04.2022 seeking permission for admitting students in the petitioner- Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital without NEET qualification in the vacant seats after the admission for NEET qualified students is completed.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the admission process is

going on as on date and that there are several interim orders of other High Courts allowing Medical Colleges to admit students.

WPA 8955 of 2022 is allowed and disposed of with a direction on the respondent no. 5 being the National Commission for Homeopathy to dispose of the representation dated 29.04.2022 or any other representation which the petitioner may make in the next seven days within a period of three weeks from the date of receiving the representation of the petitioner. The respondent no. 5 shall pass a reasoned order after hearing all concerned parties including the petitioner in accordance with law. A copy of the reasoned order shall be made available to the petitioner within a week from the date on which such reasoned order is passed.
