Ratan Kumar Kedia Vs. Ramesh Chandra Sharma
None appears on behalf of the petitioner even on the second call and no accommodation is sought for. On the earlier occasion, petitioner was also found not present. I have reason to believe that the petitioner is not willing to proceed further with the case which is pending since 2011.
In view of above, CRR 3245 of 2011 stands dismissed for default.
