None appeared for the petitioner and no accommodation was sought, when the matter was called on 28.11.2022 and 29.11.2022. Today also when the matter is called, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. No accommodation is sought.
Accordingly, revisional application being CRR 2467 of 2013 is dismissed for default.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
