Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the advocate on record Kumarjit Das received a communication from the petitioner wherein he has stated that he will not continue with the case and sought for withdrawal of the same.
Accordingly, the instant revisional application being CRR 2045 of 2013 along with CRAN 904 of 2019 are dismissed for non-prosecution.
