Affidavit is filed by Director General, Narcotics Control Bureau containing memorandum dated 01.07.2022 issued on behalf of the Narcotics Control Bureau directing the Heads/DGPs of State Police as well as Central Drug Law Enforcement Agencies to request all empowered officers under the NDPS Act to comply with the directions given by this court including videography of seizures. A list enclosing the number of cases where videography is done is also placed on record.
Affidavit has also been filed by the Director General and Inspector General of Police, West Bengal enclosing the list of cases where videography has been done.

Both the affidavits are kept with the record.
We reiterate all law enforcement agencies shall scrupulously follow the directions including videography given by this court vide order dated 22.06.2022.
With these observations, the proceedings are closed.
