Petitioner has complied with the conditions of bail imposed
upon him.
Condition of bail imposed upon the petitioner i.e. to remain within the jurisdiction of Tehatta P.S except for the purpose of
investigation and/or attending court proceedings is waived.
However, petitioner shall report to the Officer-in-Charge,
Tehatta P.S once in a month until further orders.
Other conditions of bail shall continue.
Accordingly, the application for relaxation of conditions of bail being CRAN 1 of 2022 is disposed of.
