It appears that in my order dated 17.11.2022, in the first page, first paragraph, forth line of the order, it has been inadvertently typed therein as “Title Suit No.124 of 2018” instead of “Title Appeal No.124 of 2018”. The same shall be corrected and read as “Title Appeal No.124 of 2018”.
The mistake is thus rectified. Other portions of the order shall remain unaltered.
Office is directed to incorporate necessary correction in the said order.
