The writ petitioner’s grievance is that for the post of Auxiliary Nurse in Joypur Gram Panchayat, P.S. Khargram, Dist: Murshidabad, General category candidate has been appointed in a post that is otherwise reserved for OBC candidate.
Without going into the merits of the contention of the petitioner and considering the long lapse of time since filing of the writ application in the year 2007, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the actions of the respondents at this belated stage after about 14 years.
Hence, WPA 7364 of 2007 shall stand dismissed.
There shall be no order as to costs.
