Liberty to correct the cause title.
Learned Advocates representing the petitioner submits that in the third line of first paragraph of order dated 4th March, 2021, due to the fault on the part of the Advocate-on-record of the petitioner, inadvertently written as Metropolitan Magistrate, 2nd Court, Calcutta instead of Municipal Magistrate, 2nd Court, Calcutta and he prays for correction of the same.
Perused the order dated 4th March, 2021.
The third line of first paragraph of order dated 4th March, 2021 be read as Municipal Magistrate, 2nd Court, Calcutta instead of Metropolitan Magistrate, 2nd Court, Calcutta.
With this, the order dated 4th March, 2021 stands modified and corrected accordingly.
The other portions of the order dated 4th March, 2021 shall remain unaltered.
The department is directed to do the needful.
