None is appearing on behalf of the private opposite

Sufficient cause has been shown for not appearing before the Court when the matter was called for hearing on 27.9.2021 I am inclined to restore the case to its original file and number.
Accordingly, the application being CRAN 3 of 2022 is thus disposed of.
