By this application, the petitioner prays for relaxation of a condition of anticipatory bail granted on November 8, 2021, requiring the petitioner to report to the Investigating Officer once in a fortnight until further orders. He submits that the petitioner is complying with such order.

Considering the fact that the police concluded the investigation and filed charge-sheet, we deem it appropriate to relax such condition granting anticipatory bail requiring the petitioner to report to the Investigating Officer once in a fortnight.
