Considering the fact that the police filed charge-sheet subsequent to the order granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner dated November 8, 2021, we deem it appropriate to relax the condition of anticipatory bail.
There subsists an order granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner dated November 8, 2021. The condition requiring the petitioner to report to the Investigating Officer once in a fortnight until further orders is relaxed in view of the filing of the charges-sheet by the police.
All other conditions of the order dated November 8, 2021 will remain the same.
