Mr. Rahber, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has complied with the conditions, as incorporated in the order dated 8th November, 2021 and that upon completion of investigation, charge sheet has also been submitted.
Ms. Das, learned advocate enters appearance on behalf of the State.
Heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties.
Since upon completion of investigation, charge sheet has been submitted and as there is no adverse report against the petitioner, the conditions, as incorporated in the order dated 8th November, 2021 may be relaxed.
Accordingly, the condition, as incorporated in the order dated 8th November, 2021 passed in CRM 3980 of 2021 to the

effect that the petitioner “shall meet the Investigating Officer once in every fortnight until further orders”, is waived.
Other conditions shall remain unaltered.
The application, being CRAN 1 of 2022 is disposed of.
