Petitioners undertake to affirm and stamp the

petition/application as per Rules within one month of resumption of normal functioning of the court. Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conferencing.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they have been falsely implicated in the instant case.

Learned lawyer for the State submits that the petitioners were assaulted in the course of quarrel.

We have considered the materials on record and keeping in mind the facts and circumstances of the case and in the light of submission made on behalf of the petitioners, we are inclined in granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on condition that the petitioners shall appear before the court below and pray for regular bail within a period of four weeks from date.

The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, disposed of.
