Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners as well as the learned APP appearing for the State, we consider it appropriate that these Writ Petitions are treated as representations considering that they seek direction to the Respondent – State to pay the Petitioner - Institutions pending fees towards scholarship, freeship and reimbursement as per the chart annexed to these Writ Petitions.

The prayers sought for in these Petitions aforementioned be part of the representations and be considered by the Respondent - Authorities.

We accordingly pass the following order:-

ORDER

¶65

(i) The Respondents – Authorities shall scrutinize the

¶66

representations of the Petitioners in the above Writ Petitions including the hearing of the Petitioner within a period of five months and determine whether the payments are to be made by the Respondents - Authorities to the Petitioner - Institutions towards scholarship, freeship and reimbursement as per the chart annexed to the Petitions and shall also take into consideration the Rejoinder Affidavit filed by the Petitioners which shall form part of the representations.

(iii) The admissible amount payable by the Respondent – Authorities to the Petitioner – Institutions towards the scholarship, freeship and reimbursement, as above, shall be paid within a period of 4 weeks from such determination.

¶68

(iv) If the Petitioner – Institutions are not entitled for any amount of scholarship, freeship and reimbursement as above, a reasoned order to that effect shall be passed by the Respondents – Authorities and the Petitioner – Institutions shall be at liberty to seek redressal of their grievances on merits and in accordance with law.

(v) We have not expressed any opinion on merits leaving all

The above Writ Petitions are disposed of in the above terms. No order
