All writ petitions allowed with directions: (i) Respondent/Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad to scrutinize the petitioners' records and places of deployment within 30 days, considering the Government Resolution dated 29.02.2024 and/or any other relevant Government Resolution; (ii) cases free of legal impediment after verification to be cleared, and the one-step pay-scale salary benefits available to employees working in Tribal and PESA areas paid with arrears and current salary within the subsequent 30 days; (iii) if petitioners are found ineligible on their record, notice to be issued enabling them to appear before and address the authority; (iv) hearing to be completed within 120 days, after which the concerned Respondent shall pass an appropriate order and grant one-step pay-scale benefits to those found eligible; (v) petitioners suffering an adverse order remain free to avail statutory remedy as permissible in law and in light of the Government Resolution dated 29.02.2024 issued by the General Administration Department and/or any other relevant Government Resolution.
