Judicial Magistrate First Class, (Court No. 5), Bhiwandi in O.M.A. No.339/2021 and further consequential steps/action taken on the basis of said FIR also may kindly be quashed and set aside and for that purpose issue necessary orders.

Mr. Nitin Gaware, learned Advocate for the Petitioners states that in view of the filing of the said “C” Summary Report, by relying on the compilation (X-Colly) containing FIR bearing No. 671 of 2024 dated 4^th March, 2024, the Petition is rendered infructuous.

Ms. Shilpa Talhar, learned APP for the Respondent – State, confirms the position as stated by Mr. Nitin Gaware and submits that in view of the filing of the “C” Summary Report, the Petition is indeed infructuous.
