definitely the Court is bound to take the matter, but if the insistence is not shown, then the matter may get prolonged. Though the enquiry is pending since 2017 and, therefore, there are directions from this Court for expeditious disposal of such cases. We hope and trust that the concerned Court will adhere to the instructions on the administrative side. No necessity to make the case time bound for disposal.
