This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed

praying for the following substantive reliefs:

"a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a writ of Certiorari and/or a writ in the nature of Certiorari and/or any other appropriate writ/order/ direction and be pleased to call for the records and proceedings in the Petitioner's case in an application u/sec. 3C(1) of the Slum Act preferred by the Respondent No. 4 and upon ascertaining the legality and propriety thereof be pleased to quash and set aside the order dated 21.04.2023 EXHIBIT-'L' (Page No.17) in the interest of justice.

(b) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a writ of Certiorari and/or a writ in the nature of Mandamus and/or a writ in the nature of Mandamus and/or any other appropriate writ/ order/ direction and be pleased to call for the records and proceedings in the Petitioner's case and application u/sec. 3C and upon ascertaining the legality and propriety thereof be pleased to stay the order dated 21.04.2023 in the interest of justice."
