The present Writ Petition takes exception to order dated

11.03.2026 passed by Joint Charity Commissioner, Nanded in Appeal No.28/2025, whereby order dated 07.07.2025 passed by respondent no.2 in Enquiry No.518/2025, thereby accepting Change Reports has been quashed and set aside and matter is relegated back to respondent no.2/Assistant Charity Commissioner for fresh consideration alongwith pending Change Report Nos.678/2020, 518/2025 and 981/2025.

After hearing respective parties for some time, this Court

finds that, instead of delving into merits of contentions, ends of

justice would be served if hearing of proceedings pending before Assistant Charity Commissioner, Nanded are expedited and parties are directed to cooperate for early disposal.

The learned Advocates appearing for respective parties graciously consented for passing order directing expeditious hearing.
