These three Writ Petitions have been filed impugning an order dated 2^nd July 2024 passed by the Grievance Redressal Committee rejecting the Application made by the Petitioners therein.

Mr. Navin Singh, learned Counsel who appears on behalf of the Petitioners, on instructions of his client Mr. Chandrashekhar Sakharam Kurve, who is present in Court today, seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition No. 346 of 2025. Leave is granted and accordingly, Writ Petition No. 346 of 2025 is disposed of as withdrawn with no order as to costs.

Insofar as the remaining two Writ Petitions are concerned, by consent of parties, the following order is passed :

(i) Both parties shall make a fresh Application
