Learned counsel appearing for respective petitioners submit that based on petitions, order passed by the State Government conferring powers under Sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the The Maharashtra Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Slumlords, Bootleggers, Drug Offenders, dangerous Persons and Video Pirates, Sand Smugglers and persons engaged Black Marketing of Essential Commodities, Illegal Gambling Illegal Lottery and Human Trafficker Act, 1981 read with the Government Order, Home Department (Special) No.MPDA-1225/CR-673/Spl-3B dated 30.12.2025, itself is quashed by this court and, therefore, order impugned itself will not sustain.
