Both the learned Counsels submit that the mediation was successful and the parties have entered into Consent Terms. They have tendered the Original Consent Terms dated 01.04.2026 which according to them has been signed by both the learned Counsel for the respective parties. So also both the respective parties have also signed the said Consent Terms. The Mediator has also signed the said Consent Terms dated 01.04.2026. The said Consent Terms are taken on record and marked as “ X ” for identification purpose. The statements made in the Consent Terms are accepted as an undertakings given to this Court. All the undertakings are also accepted.
