Perusal of the record indicates that the Mediator has filed

his report along with the terms of compromise dated 27-04-2026 before the Court, stating that the “ Mediation is successful ”. Therefore, on instructions, they urged the disposal of the Application. The Mediation report, along with the compromise terms, is taken on record.

As per the compromise terms, the Respondent agrees to withdraw the Petition No. A-305/2025 pending before the learned

Perused the Application. It reveals that the Applicant has filed the proceeding for seeking the transfer of the Petition No. A- 305/2025 pending before the learned Family Court, Nanded, to the learned Family Court, Sangli.

Learned Advocate for the Respondent, on instructions, undertakes to withdraw the Petition bearing No. A-305/2025 pending before the learned Family Court, Nanded. His undertaking is accepted.
