By the present transfer application, the applicant-wife of

the respondent, is seeking transfer of divorce proceedings filed by the respondent-husband before the Family Court, Pune to the Family Court, Ahmednagar.

The applicant has filed DV proceedings before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Parner, District Ahmednagar under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. So also complaint before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Parner is under Section 125 complaint before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Parner.

The respondent is present in Court and has appeared in person in the present proceedings. He has no objection if the divorce
