At the adjourned meeting called for the private examination of the Insolvent touching his estate and affairs, the Insolvent remained absent and the petitioning creditor's advocate was absent. The process-server report showed that at the Insolvent's listed addresses the flats had been sold (Saurabh Apartment flat to Shri Amit R. Mehta in 2015; Nami Apartment flat sold 4-5 years earlier, with redevelopment by M/s Meverick Realtors under way) and the shop was found closed; the memo letters were received by the Insolvent's father, Shri Dhanesh H. Mehta. This is an adjourned meeting fixed for the private examination of the Insolvents touching his estate and affairs.

Upon perusal of the report of the person who visited the Insolvent’s address to serve the memo letter, it appears that, B/B, 202, Saurabh Apartment, Mulund, Mumbai, the said flat is sold to Shri. Amit R. Mehta in the year 2015. At Flat No. 302, Sadguru Solitaire Building, above Hyundai & Maruti Suzuki Showroom, Kasarvadavali, Ghodbunder Road, Thane-400615 when visited Insolvent was not present, therefore memo was handed over to Shri. Dhanesh H. Mehta, father of the Insolvent and obtained his signature and mobile number. At 303/304, Nami Apartment, D-12 Nahur Road, Sarvodaya Nagar, Mulund (W), Mumbai 400 080, the said flat is sold 4-5 years ago and redevelopment of building work was going on by M/s. closed, therefore, as it was nearby house, the said memo was also handed over to father of the Insolvent.

Later on at 1.30 p.m., Advocate for the Insolvent remain present and submits that, Insolvent went to attend wedding of his close relative and therefore today he is unable to attend meeting and undertakes to bring the Insolvent on the next adjourned date of the meeting.

Advocate for the Insolvent submits that Insolvent is residing at the same place at Flat No. 301. 3^rd Floor, Sadguru Solitaire Building, above Hyundai & Maruti Suzuki Showroom, Kasarvadavali, Ghodbunder Road, Thane-400615.
