By this Interim Application, the Applicant / Original Petitioner is seeking restoration of the Writ Petition, which came to be rejected by an Order dated 19th August, 2025 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial – I) for non-removal of office objections.

The Applicant has stated that there was genuine difficulty in complying with the Order dated 19th August, 2025 and removing of office objections within the stipulated date, and which genuine difficulty has been stated in paragraph 3 of the Interim Application.

Having considered the averments in the Interim Application, we are satisfied that case is made out for restoration of the Writ Petition by recall of the Order dated 19th August, 2025 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial – I).
