During the pendency of the Applicant's appeal, the substantive sentence of imprisonment for life imposed vide Judgment and Order dated 26 June 2025 in Sessions Case No. 152 of 2022 is suspended and the Applicant is to be released on bail on furnishing a PR bond of Rs. 50,000/- with one or two local sureties in the like amount, subject to conditions: attendance at Dehu Road Police Station, Pune on every first Monday of each month between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. initially for one year, and thereafter on every first Monday between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. of every third calendar month (four times a year) till disposal of the appeal; any two consecutive defaults will attract provisions of cancellation of bail.
