3. Mr. Khan has taken me through medical certificate

given by Dr. Ajay S. Chaurasia, D.M. of Humble Heart & Health Care certifying that the Applicant is suffering from ischemic heart disease with unstable angina and has undergone Coronary Artery Bypass Graft Surgery on 8^th January, 2026 and requires three months of bed-rest to recover.

4. Considering that surgery is conducted on 8^th January, 2026, I am inclined to extend interim bail for a period of two months from today.

5. Accordingly, interim bail granted by order dated 12^th November, 2025, is extended for a period of two months from today. Rest of the order shall remain as it is.

6. The Applicant is directed to keep the

Superintendent of Mumbai Central, Mumbai apprised of the details of his whereabouts including the name of the Hospital, the name of the treating doctors, the relatives visiting him and any other information as required by the Investigating Officer / Jail authorities.
